Bug in solve?
Using SageCell,
var('a,r,y')
solve(a*log(r)+r==y,r)
yields
[r == -a*log(r) + y]
including r in the solution. Is this a bug for equations involving logarithms?

I think it's just a sign that it can't find a solution. There are similar examples in the documentation given by
solve?, like trying to solvesin(x) == x.
